The staff tries to keep it clean. they smile and say hello. But they are extremely busy. The music makes it a pleasure to enjoy your coffee. I only wish they could increase staff to speed up service.

Great service all around but nothing tops Elena making my day by drawing an “Odyssey” themed cup for me. She really went all out, smiled, made convo (and my day). What a gem you guys have here.

This Starbucks is currently the only Starbucks chain store in downtown Savannah. We all love that it's such a great place to buy food and drinks. But why is the music so loud? (It's almost deafening!) We hope they can be more considerate of their customers' ears. We often come here for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. We will appreciate it 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This was one of the cleanest and open Starbucks. When you walk in the door, you can feel the positive energy. We were in town for the weekend and we ended up at this Starbucks two days in a row. We had the pleasure of meeting Candice. We were fortunate to have such a wonderful person to interact with. It was clear that they were running shorthanded, but you never would have known that by her demeanor. Candice reminded me of a duck. She was all calm and pleasant and all the while, her hands and legs were going to town. All of the Starbucks I’ve been to have had a consistently good products. The coffee is great at all of them. It’s the people at the stores that make it the only thing that changes. Candice gave us memorable service. It was quite obvious that she was the main source of the positive vibe. Thanks Candice. ❤️

Stopped here to get two Iced Caramel Macchiato’s this morning. Service was amazing and all employees were friendly. Located right where everything is happening and short walk to the river. Would stop here again. Parking can be difficult so we walked to the location.
